Shipping Options
Most orders will arrive within the times listed above. However, you should be aware that the times indicated are averages and that due to circumstances beyond our control, some shipments may take longer.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET, excluding holidays). If we have any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two business days.
Goeco reserves the right to withhold any order for a safety review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Delivery fees
Shipping charges are based on items ordered and vary from order to order. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your order delivery address.
Total shipping charges are based on the weight of each item being shipped.
In some cases, shipping charges may not be calculated or correctly calculated at checkout, and we will notify you of the final cost or additional shipping charges of your order by email for approval prior to shipment. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping details
Incorrectly entered addresses or changes after shipment may delay delivery and result in penalty charges. Please enter the address information in the appropriate boxes and check for typos and other errors.

Limits
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer's warranty may not be valid; manufacturer's service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in the languages of the country of destination; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications and labeling requirements of the country of destination; and the products may not comply with the destination country's voltage and other electrical standards (requiring the use of an adapter or converter, if applicable). You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering from Goeco, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know you care how your order information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to know that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
In addition, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be disclosed by carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.
Customs authorities require that the value of the order be indicated directly on the package.
Returns and Replacements
The above terms (including, where applicable, terms relating to import charges) also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that may be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. . Customs, duties and taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to these import charges, which are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Where customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For orders containing large quantities of goods shipped to one address, please email or call during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CET, excluding holidays).
Any item over 150 pounds
Any item weighing more than 150 pounds requires special handling. We will contact you as soon as possible to determine the additional shipping costs.
