Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

* Items with visible signs of use
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will ask about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must mail it to: Our warehouse.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a ref
